As well as rooms for socializing, there are rooms which can sleep a total of 10 people all together. The ground floor has an entrance hall, and a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, pantry, microwave, electric oven, ceramic top stove, dishwasher, electric kettle, and dishes. The dining room is dominated by an excellent open fireplace, and a heavy wooden table which seats 12 people.

There are also 2 bedrooms (bedroom #1 and bedroom #2) on the ground floor and a bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor, there is an open den with a LED TV and a DVD player and 2 sofas, 2 bedrooms (bedroom #3, bedroom #4) and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the third floor is a large room with 2 beds and a sofa, as well as a LED TV.

The house is heated by electric heaters.
