  Accommodations for 12 people.
  
  Winter season (December, January, February) 214€/night.
  Summer season (July, August) 195€/night.
  Off season ( March-June, September-November) 175€/night.
  
  Minimum stay is two nights. Minimum stay in July and August is 6 nights. Shorter terms upon special request
  
  

  A deposit of 50% of the rent is requested upon booking, paid through bank transferal. The remainder is due 30 days before arrival, also through bank transferal.
  Cancellation fees are: 50 percent for cancellation 15-10 days ahead of arrival, and 70 percent for cancellation 9-1 days before arrival.

  • The above prices are for the rental of the entire house
  • Include: bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi
  • Electricity, wood for the fireplace, recreational taxes, and fees for dogs are included in the price

  A returnable security deposit of 4000 Kc is required upon arrival, and all renters are required to observe the house rules.
