The description and the photos represent well the exotic atmosphere of this farmhouse. Google maps and in-built SatNav systems won’t recognise the address, don’t forget to ask for detailed instructions. We got lost, but our kind landlady didn’t hesitate to give immediate help. The welcome was not only literally warm, but the fireplace was already ignited and the electronic heating turned on by the time we arrived. The house is really charming, the architecture is very interesting, the furnishing comfortable. The kitchen and everything else is very well equipped, families with small children will find lot of essential equipment too. The arrangement of the rooms isn’t usual, one can enter the inner rooms by passing through another bedroom, or bathroom, or via the garden. You have to pay attention not to get locked out of your room, still, we had no problems with it. The bedroom in the attic doesn’t prov ide too much privacy for individual couples, but is ideal for children. We were four couples and found the house fantastic to stay at. It’s an ideal starting point for excursions in the Czech Paradise and even Prague and some more historic cities like, Jicin or the famous Kutna Hora are just an hour drive away.
